Join our Staff for Cultivate!

During the Cultivate programme(s), you will be given many opportunities to serve and lead the Students, participate in the Special Events and make friendships with the Staff that will last a life time! Most importantly, you will be given the opportunity to grow in the realm of discipleship as we will encourage you to disciple while we also invest in your lives. When applying as Staff for Cultivate, please consider the following role(s):

Counsellors are the dorm stewards in the rooms with the Students during the Cultivate programme(s). As a counsellor, you will bear the responsibility of ensuring that each Student is well taken care of and will seek to invest in their lives in the realm of discipleship. You will do life with them throughout the programme(s), attending all Bible classes, Special Events, Workshops, Games/ Activities, meals ect.

Junior Counsellors will fulfil a similar role with much less responsibility; as a Junior Counsellor, you will serve and lead under the direction of a Counsellor. 

Support Staff are the hands and feet of the Cultivate programme(s). As a member of the Support Staff Team, you will support the setting up, running of and breaking down for all Special Events and Games/ Activities for the Cultivate programme(s). You will serve the Students, Counsellors and support the practical ministry of the Cultivate programme(s). 

Application Process

Staff applying to our Cultivate programmes must be at least 18 years old.

Submit all application documents: Student Application Form and two Reference Forms (a Pastoral and Personal)

Await an Acceptance Letter from our administrative team. Also, we will send the necessary paperwork and further instructions regarding how to apply for the Visa you will need in order to attend (if applicable).
