During our programmes, you will be given many opportunities to serve and lead the Students, participate in the Special Events and make friendships with the Staff that will last a life time! Most importantly, you will be given the opportunity to grow in the realm of discipleship as we will encourage you to disciple while we also invest in your lives. When applying as Staff for Cultivate, please consider the following roles:
NEW Junior Staff Programme
We are excited about our Junior Staff Programme for our Students (aged 16-18 years old) who want to step up into a leadership and ministry role.
We strongly encourage Students applying to be a part of our Junior Staff to:
- Be regularly attending church and youth group
- Be serving in a church or ministry context
- Have previously attended one of our Cultivate programmes

Staff applying to our programmes must be at least 18 years old. The Cultivate Leadership will assess each application submitted; each applicant is prayerfully considered and will be accepted at the Cultivate Leadership’s discernment.
Submit all application documents: the New Staff Application, the Pastoral Reference Form and the Personal Reference Form. This can be done by either:

To ensure the safety of our Students, all Cultivate Staff will be required to be vetted by the New Zealand Police Service. The NZPVS Form will be emailed to you upon receiving your application.
Upon submission of your application documents, await an Acceptance Letter from our Administrative Team. Upon receiving an Acceptance Letter, you will also receive both an invoice for a non-refundable deposit to secure your place in our programmes as well as other supporting documents.
After we have received your deposit, we will send the necessary paperwork and further instructions regarding how to apply for the Visa you will need in order to attend (if applicable).
Applications for our Summer Programme 2022 will close on Friday December 3, 2021.
For Returning Staff
Staff returning to our programmes are only required to submit the Returning Staff Application.
