Junior Staff Programme
“Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave. Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.” Matthew 20:26-28
We are excited about our Junior Staff Programme for our Students (aged 16-18 years) who want to step up into a leadership and ministry role.
Our heart for our Junior Staff is that they would gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a servant leader. We believe that true leadership is servanthood and we pray that, as they serve their fellow Students, they will gain a greater understanding and perspective of what Christ did for us. We desire that our Junior Staff would understand the true importance and value of serving one another, not only in the context of Cultivate or church, but in their everyday lives.
Our Junior Staff will officially be Students, but will be treated and given the responsibility as being part of our Cultivate Staff. Junior Staff will pay Student Tuition fees and will attend our programmes according to the Important Dates for Staff.
We strongly encourage Students applying to be a part of our Junior Staff Programme to:
- Be regularly attending church and youth group
- Be serving in a church or ministry context
- Have previously attended at least one of our Cultivate programmes
When applying for our Junior Staff Programme, please consider the following roles:
